How to Contact Customer Support

Primary method - to submit an inquiry, problem or bug by e-mail, submit information to the email address customer_support @ dynasty.com or follow the link on this page. In those cases where telephone support is needed, normal Customer Support is available in the United States of America from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time by calling +1 (713) 589-9815.

For special support considerations, please contact Customer Support management by either e-mail or phone as directed above.

Customer Support representatives reside at the Dynasty Research and Development Lab in Houston, Texas. Working along with the Dynasty development team, rapid resolution of customer inquiries and issues are top priority. Full support of a new product begins with the first Beta ship of any product.

Dynasty Customer Support is available via several options. The primary method to submit inquiries, problems, and bugs is through e-mail. Customer support is normally available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, US. Direct contact with Customer Support personnel outside of normal support hours can be agreed in advance with Customer Support management. Premium Software Support Services, including assistance at the customer site, are available through a separate agreement.
