Standard Customer Support
Dynasty Customer Support is available via several options. The primary method to submit inquiries, problems, and bugs is through e-mail. Customer support is normally available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, US. Direct contact with Customer Support personnel outside of normal support hours can be agreed in advance with Customer Support management. Premium Software Support Services, including assistance at the customer site, are available through a separate agreement.

Standard Software Maintenance
Dynasty ’s Standard Software Maintenance program is mandatory for all of our active customers. The software maintenance includes:
- Major software updates (Services Releases), every 18 – 24 months
- Major software releases (Upgrades), if and when required
