Virtual Assistant
The Virtual Assistant (VA)represents the new direction for fully integrated delivery, providing convergent, real-time customer support and enterprise-wide business operations. The VA uses Bayesian reasoning logic to emulate a human conversing with customers in a natural way, learning from every interaction and formulating questions on the basis of context and previous answers.
The VA has intelligence, it’s location aware, able to handle reasoning under uncertainty, and continually learns new ways of achieving customer or consumer needs. By using our Intelligent Frameworks, the VA provides the scalability and availability needed to convert information to knowledge and support intelligent customer service. It is built with a flexible software delivery mechanism that can deliver “software as a service” under the web services application delivery model.
Dynasty’s Intelligent Frameworks and other AI basedapplication development tools have been utilized for the AI capabilities of the Virtual Assistant.
Call Center
The Call Center system provides automatic multi-target support along with easy implementation of scalable sub-systems, including Internet and Intranet-based applications.
The application is future-proofed, its specifications independent of the target hardware, operating system, GUI, middleware, transaction processor, and database software on which the system is to be run. Standalone and multi-user editions of the system is available to meet the needs of different call volumes at a call center.
